DBA Student Housing Project

DBA conducted a detailed energy retrofit and sustainability audit of a 612 bed, 550,000 leasable square foot student housing complex.

The objective of the project was to identify low-investment energy efficiency retrofits and to conduct a LEED Sustainability analysis. The video above outlines DBA's recommendations and reviews the projected savings associated with each proposed retrofit.
